• According to the CDC 7.4 million women, or 11.9% of women, have ever received any infertility services in their lifetime. (2006-2010 National Survey of Family Growth, CDC)

• An analysis of the business of fertility by Harris Williams & Co. found fertility to be a $3-4 billion industry and predicted 4% growth in the sector. 

• The medical interventions most commonly sought by women experiencing infertility are the less invasive, less expensive ones.
